Noel Addo exits CAL Bank Limited

Mr. Noel Addo, a Non-Executive Director, has resigned as a director of CAL Bank Limited, announces that Mr. Noel Addo effective from May 9, 2017.

The company said Mr. Noel Addo has served as Non-Executive Director of CAL Bank Limited since October 30, 2014.

He currently has oversight responsibility for the Investments and Development portfolio of the Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) as a General Manager. He is an investment Banker with over 15 years of experience.

He is an economist and a Chartered Accountant. Prior to his appointment to SSNIT, he served as executive director SAS Finance Group, Head of the treasury University of Ghana, Legon and Deputy General Manager HFC Investments. He is the Chairman of Kumasi Abattoir Limited and holds directorship on the board of Trust Hospital Limited. He also serves as Member of the Audit Committee of the Company.
