Oakbay Resources said has announced the resignation of Mr. Mark Pamensky from the company’s board of directors.
Before his resignation, Mark Pamensky was an independent non-executive director; chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Company’s Risk; Nomination; Social, Ethics and Remuneration committees.
He will be leaving the company by 10 June 2017.
The company said its Board of Directors, in conjunction with the Nomination Committee, shall immediately commence the process of appointing an independent non-executive director to fill the vacancy that has arisen as a result of Mr. Pamensky’s resignation; and shareholders will be advised accordingly in this regard.
