Workers of at ExxonMobil Nigeria, a local unit of ExxonMobil Corporation in will be going on strike.
The information was confirmed by a union leader who spoke to Reuters News Agency. The company’s workers union said the strike was to protest over the sacking of workers.
A spokesperson for ExxonMobil Nigeria said there is “no impacts” on oil production.
