Steen Joffe leads Africa Practice‘s digital strategy; designing, developing and commercialising digital products and services that are simple, intuitive, visual, data-rich and create value for our clients.
His previous roles include Head of Operations at Dachis Group a social media analytics and consulting firm, COO of the financial services firm Whatrate.com and a DFID Programme Manager.
Steen has extensive emerging markets experience with a special interest in social business and the digital economy as drivers of innovation and disruptive change. He has developed and led research, consulting and change programmes for governments and agencies including DFID, U.N. and World Bank, and helped build social innovation networks and information systems in a number of African countries as well as Latin America and the UK.
