SacOil has announced the appointments of new members into its board of directors. They are Ms Thuto Masasa, Mr Patrick Mngconkola and Mr. Boas Seruwe.
The company said in an email statement that their appointment takes immediate effect following the completion of satisfactory due diligence as required by the AIM Rules for Companies.
The company disclosed that Ms Thuto Margaret Masasa, aged 37, does not currently hold any ordinary shares in the Company.
