Roy Ilegbodu is an experienced pilot, seasoned operations executive and former senior safety director at the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), he is the Co-founded Green Africa Airways.
Roy is a respected airline operations executive in Nigeria with over 30 years of industry experience. Served as Training Captain, Chief Pilot, Chief Operating Officer and acting Managing Director at Aero Contractor.
Served as the Chairman of the Safety Verification Committee; Chairman of the Surveillance Unit; and General Manager of Standards at the NCAA. Trained at the Nigerian College of Aviation, Zaria. He received advanced training at the Academics of Flight (New York), USAir (Pittsburg) and European Aviation Training Center (Brussels).
