Mrs. Marang Mashologu has been appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director of SPAR Group Ltd., effective from 1 December 2015.
Marang was awarded her CFA Charter from the Association for Investment Management and Research, an advanced certificate in entrepreneurship from HEC Paris and has a degree in BComm Finance and Economics from the University Witswatesrand.
She is currently a director at Sphere Holdings, sits as an independent non-executive director and audit committee member of the board of ACE Insurance Limited South Africa, the South African subsidiary of the ACE Group of Companies, and acts as a member of the board of Trustees of the African Leadership Network.
