Ms. Mandy Hogan has been appointed as Group Company Secretary of the Company. Mandy has worked as the Assistant Company Secretary at SPAR Group Ltd. since 1 September 2013.
She holds a qualification in GradICSA and is in the process of completing her LLB. Mandy has over 15 years company secretarial and corporate governance experience.
