Tradings on Transcorp plc shares will be closed from 13 April -30 April 2017 to enable the board of Directors meet and deliberate on the company’s 2016 financial report.
A statement released to the NSE says’ This is to inform the Exchange that Transcorp Hotels Plc has complied with the provisions of Rules 15, 16 and 17 of the Amended Listing Rules of the Nigerian Stock Exchange placing restrictions on the period of trading on the shares of the company.
In view of the Board meeting slated for April 28, 2017, all Directors and staff of Transcorp Hotels Plc have been duly informed that the following dates are regarded as “Closed Period” in respect of which no employee or director of Transcorp Plc may buy and or sell shares of Transcorp Plc – From April 13, 2017 to April 30, 2017.
