Mr. Darwin van Rooyen has been appointed as Company Secretary of Foschini Group, with effect from 23 May 2016.
Mr. Van Rooyen is a qualified chartered accountant who has held an executive level finance position in the group for a number of years, and he has the necessary skills and experience to fulfil this function
