Nafisah Buba, a graduate of Economics from the University of Reading, UK also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from the University of Kent at Canterbury, UK.
Nafisah started her working career with Esprit Communications (UK) as an Administrator and then Racal Communications (UK) as an Executive Administrator where she was responsible for organising and managing corporate events within both Companies.
She also worked with the Nigerian Mobile Telecommunications (M-Tel) in Jos where she held various positions in the Customer Service Centre, rising to the position of Marketing & Sales Manager and responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Jos Customer Service Centre. Nafisah has undergone several courses in Customer Service delivery and has over thirteen years’ experience in the Service industry.
Since joining Sigma Pensions in 2006, Nafisah has been responsible for several functions including Customer Service, Administration, Human Resource, and Benefits Payments.
