GTBank shares trading closed for Q1 2017 result

GTBank has announced that it’s trading period on the exchange ground will be closed from April 7 in order for the board to meet on its 2017 1st quarter result.

‘Pursuant to the post-listing requirements of the Nigerian Stock Exchange for quoted companies, we hereby inform you of the scheduled commencement of the closed period for trading in the Bank’s shares on April 7, 2017, in respect of the Unaudited Financial Statements for the first quarter ended March 31, 2017.

Kindly note that the Board meeting to consider the Unaudited Financial Statements for the first quarter ended March 31, 2017, has been scheduled for April 26, 2017.

We shall notify you of the decisions reached after the meeting.
