Iman Al Qasim is Executive Director of Human Capital, responsible for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Learning, Human Capital Information Systems, Organizational Development and Performance, Rewards, and Policy.
She has 14 years of experience, working with multi-national companies in areas ranging from energy to manufacturing.
Prior to joining Mubadala, Iman was responsible for Human Resources at Dolphin Energy, and managed HR at General Motors Middle East Operations. She holds an MBA from the University of Bath, for which she received the Sheikh Rashid Award for Outstanding Education Achievement.
