Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari has told his Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo to continue as the Acting President.
President Buhari landed in Nigeria some few hours ago.
Citing health concerns, President Buhari went on a sick leave in the United Kingdom since early January.
Correspondents at the Presidential Villa said the President met with his cabinet when he intimated them about his decision. He also said he will be going abroad for more medical check ups in the next three weeks.
Since he took the reigns of power as the Acting President, many quarters in Nigeria have signaled that he is performing better than when Buhari was in power.
