Mr. Matsobane Khwinana has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of WG Wearne Ltd., effective September 5, 2012.
Matsobane has an Honours degree in Accounting Sciences from UNISA and served articles at Deloitte and Touche in Johannesburg.
As part of his career development, Matsobane has attended various courses in Private Equity and Venture Capital. He currently works for Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa Limited (IDC).
