Gary Hagel is the Chief Officer: Commercial Operations at Vodacom Group. He joined Vodacom in February 2014, and prior to joining held the position of Senior Director Customer Experience Europe, for eBay Inc.
He has previously held a number of senior sales, service and customer experience positions with organisations such as France Telecom, Apple Inc, T-Mobile and BT. As a Management Consultant, he has also worked within a number of global financial services organisations.
His core belief is to always put our people and the customer at the heart of the business, an ethos that is very much in line with our own values.
