Julius Berger Nigeria plc has commenced a closed period from 1 march ,2017 to March 16,2017 according to the rules of the Nigeria Stock Exchange.

Therefore, the Board of Directors and the Statutory Audit Committee of Julius Berger Nigeria Plc would meet on Tuesday 2nd Wednesday March 14 and 15, 2017 respectively to consider the Audited Financials for the year ended December 31, 2016.

In this period, those considered to be ‘Insiders’ in Julius Berger (Julius Berger includes Julius Berger Nigeria Plc and all its subsidiaries) by virtue of the provisions of the Company and Allied Matters Act Cap C20, LFN, 2004 CCAMA”), the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) and the Exchange will receive notice of the closed period (“the Notice”) thereby putting them under restriction not to trade or deal in the equity of the Company for the duration of the closed period.
