Africa Prudential Plc has appointed Miss Oyindamola Oyeduntan as the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser of the Company with effect from January 25, 2017.
According to the company, Miss. Oyindamola Oyeduntan holds a LL.B (Hons) from Obafemi Awolowo University and an MSc in Law and Finance from Queen Mary University. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2007.
Oyindamola is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, United Kingdom.
Her professional experience includes commercial law practice as an Associate with Aluko & Oyebode. She was also a Legal & Company Secretarial Executive at Heirs Holdings Limited prior to joining Africa Prudential Registrars Plc.
