
Cohn & Wolfe, a global communications agency, today announced global leadership changes designed to support the agency’s significant growth and expansion over the past several years, strengthen its client services and foster continued growth in the years ahead.
Effective immediately, Jim Joseph has been promoted to Worldwide President with responsibility for developing and leveraging global resources, products and services to support offices around the world. Among the areas that Jim will oversee and drive are Branding & Insights; creative development and execution; and agency marketing and thought leadership. Jim will also continue to oversee the agency’s Latin America region.
Cohn & Wolfe will soon announce a new head of North America who will take on Jim’s current responsibilities across the region and report into Donna Imperato, CEO, Cohn & Wolfe.

In addition to Joseph, the agency also announced the following promotions:
- Chad Latz, Global President, Digital Innovation Group, to Chief Innovation Officer, continuing to oversee global digital strategy and expanding his role to include overseeing data and analytics, identifying and implementing innovative technologies to better service clients and deepening the breadth of digital solutions across the agency.
- Brooke Hovey, EVP, Global Strategy and Development, to Chief Client Officer, overseeing global client relationships and new business and working with regional and local leaders on organic business development.
- Stephanie Howley, HR Director, North America to EVP, Global Talent Manager, working with our regional and local leaders to attract the industry’s best and brightest and to help develop and retain talent. Tara Lilien, formerly SVP, US Human Resources, MSL Group, has joined Cohn & Wolfe as SVP, US Human Resources, and will report to Howley.
