Ms. Zhou Xiaoyin holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Lanzhou Commercial College. She has been a member of Jinchuan Group Co., Ltd. (“Jinchuan”) since 1999, Jinchuan is the largest producer of nickel and cobalt and the third largest copper producer of China.
She has obtained the Legal Occupational Qualification Certificate in 2002 and then joined in the Legal Department of Jinchuan in 2004, engaging in the legal work involved in the overseas investment and financing.
In 2012, she was transferred to Beijing, being in charge of the legal work of an investing subsidiary and the overseas legal work of the group.
From January 2012 to January 2016, she became a non-executive director of Metorex Ltd, a South Africa based subsidiary. She is currently an in -house counsel for Jinchuan Group and has extensive experience in international law.
