Transcorp Plc has announced thge resignation of Mr. Chibundu Edozie , one of the members of its  Conglomerate Board with effect from September 29th,2016.

Mr. Chibundu Edozie has served as a  the non-executive member of the board of Transcorp plc for 5 years.
