Mr. Mark Anderson BCom (Hons), CA(SA), is Non-Executive Director of Workforce Holdings Ltd. He is an executive director of Vunani Limited, a company listed on the JSE’s Alternative Exchange.
Since Vunani’s formation in 1998, Mark has held a number of positions with the company, including head of corporate finance. He is currently responsible for Vunani’s investment banking activities.
Prior to joining Vunani, Mark ran a corporate finance boutique and in the 1980s and early part of the 1990s advised and consulted to trade unions. Appointed October 2007.
