I have been very impressed with the way that British American Tobacco combines an extremely competitive focus on serving its consumers and shareholders with a profound sense of responsibility to its own people and the communities in which it operates and for its long-term impact on society generally. Helping to maintain that balance is something really worthwhile and exciting in this world-class business.”
