Bell Equipment said it has started a succession plan within its system to replace Mr. Gary Bell.
In a SENS announcement to its shareholders, the company said as part of the succession planning at senior management level, the board has initiated a program to ensure that a successor will be in place when Mr Gary Bell, the current chief executive officer, elects to retire.
The company hinted that the program may include a talent search process, both internal and external.
Bell Equipment did not state when Mr. Gary Bell will be leaving the company. Mr. Gary W. Bell is Group Chief Executive, Executive Director of Bell Equipment Limited. He holds Mechanical Eng Diploma (Natal Technikon).
