RBA Holdings Limited has informed its shareholders this morning that Christine Glover, Ken Hopkins and Pieter Lessingh have resigned as directors with immediate effect.
The company also added that Pieter Lessingh has also resigned as director of all subsidiaries of RBA.
RBA Holdings did not provide further details about the circumstances surrounding their resignation.
