Mark is a member of the Group Risk and Capital Management and Board Finance Committees.
Mark is a graduate of Oxford University, chartered accountant and was previously a partner in the financial services consulting practice of Arthur Andersen and Deloitte. From 2003 through 2016, he served Barclays PLC in a variety of roles including Group Financial Controller, Head of Investor Relations CFO for the Corporate and Investment Bank; and latterly Deputy Group Finance Director.
