Mr. Brett  Nagle, BCom (Summa Cum Laude), Diploma in accounting (Distinction), CA(SA), serves as the Head of Investments, South Africa at Royal Bafokeng Holdings (Pty) Limited. He worked as the Head of Client Solutions at Rand Merchant Bank, specializing in resource finance. He has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of Attacq Limited since July 1, 2015. He served as a Non-Executive Director of Impala Platinum Holdings Ltd. from August 8, 2013 to November 6, 2015. Mr. Nagle has 12 years experience in investment banking areas and has experience in corporate finance and mining experience as well.
