Mr. Romain Orlin is Independent Non-Executive Director of African & Overseas Enterprises Ltd., He is a member of the audit, remuneration and nomination committees of the group.
He is also director of Rex Trueform Clothing Company Limited and Queenspark (Pty) Limited. He holds BA (Econ) Wits.
