GTBank has announced the appointment of Erhi Obebeduo as its Company Secretary.
The bank also announced the resignation of Mrs. Olutola Omotola, as Company Secretary of Guaranty Trust Bank plc, the Board of Directors of GTBank has appointed Erhi Obebeduo as Company Secretary of GTBank effective January 25, 2017.
Mr. Obebeduo is a seasoned lawyer with over eighteen (18) years post Call experience.
He had stints in the Legal Group of several commercial banks before joining GTBank in 2003. Mr. Erhi Obebeduo obtained his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Benin, and Master’s Degree in International Commercial Law. from the University of Nottingham. United Kingdom. He is a Chartered Mediator and Conciliator.
