South African retail giant, Woolworths Group has announced the appoint of Marcin Firek as the new company secretary for the group.
In a statement released by Woolworths Group said “Richard Dammery continues in the role of Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary.
Mr. Firek served as Company Secretary of ASX Limited from May 21, 2014 to January 5, 2017. He served as Company Secretary and Legal Counsel of James Hardie Industries plc from June 29, 2010 to February 10, 2014.
He served as Company secretary of Australia for James Hardie Industries SE since 2006. He has over 13 years experience in legal practice. He
