Basadi Letsoalo is a MPsych , CLDP, MLPC. He is an Executive Director – Transformation and Human Capital at Adcock Ingram. She was appointed on the 25th of August 2016.
She is Responsible for Human Capital strategy and implementation, labour relations and executive remuneration. Leads transformation strategy and B-BBEE implementation. Joined Adcock Ingram in January 2008 as Group Human Capital Executive.
She is also the Head of Transformation at Standard Bank SA; Head of HR information management at ABSA; Currently serves as a member of the University of KwaZulu-Natal Council; Also a non-executive director at NMG Consultants and Actuaries, and Ad-Izinyosi Proprietary Limited, as well as a trustee of the Mpho ea Bophelo Trust.
