Muhammad Amir Shamsi replaces Roy Roy Naaman as MD of Cadbury

The board of Mondelez International, trading as Cadbury PLC has announced Muhammad Amir Shamsi as the new managing director of the company.

Muhammad Amir Shamsi will be replacing Roy Naaman who has resigned from the company.

In a press statement, Cadbury said Muhammad Amir Shamsi was until his appointment the Director, Innovation Kids Wholesome, Global Biscuits, East Hanover, U.S.A.
