Caroline Andah, Non-Executive Director, Camelot Ghana

Mrs. Caroline Andah has served as Non-Executive Director of CAMELOT GHANA LIMITED since 2007.

She is the Principal Consultant and shareholder of Hadna Trust Ltd, a financial advisory company incorporated in June 2007, provide financial intermediation services including originating, structuring, arranging and executing short and medium term facilities for small and medium scale enterprises.

The company also provides organizational consulting, change management services and business strategy analysis using the Gestalt Approach. Caroline also acts as a consultant for Woodfields Energy Services Ltd and has worked on various projects including the Ghana Gas Project as project coordinator, and Project Directors for a $60m, 100 ultramodern hospital and the establishment of an open access national fiber network infrastructure.

Caroline Andah holds an MBA in Finance and a BA in Economics with Statistics. Prior to her role as consultant, she was the General Manager of HFC Investment Services responsible for both real estate development and investment subsidiaries of the bank.

She worked for several years at CDH, a non-bank financial institution in various capacities including Head of Brokerage, Head of Corporate Finance and Head of Asset Management. She also worked at the Ministry of Finance as an Economic Officer. She has substantial experience in financial intermediation and asset management.

In addition to Camelot Ghana Limited, Caroline currently sits on the Boards of Cirrus Oil Services Ltd Bay Developers and Realty Ltd. and Keda Development Ltd. She is Member of the Audit Committee of the Company.
