Adeoluwatomi Oni, has managed and coordinated numerous human resource initiatives and projects in various parts of the country. This includes talent sourcing, recruitment and selection, training and development, employee relations and retention, compensation and benefits. She has worked with and managed a team in the development and implementation of Company Policies, Human Resource Systems and Structure alignment.
With a strong background in human resource consultancy obtained from international Human Resource Consultancy firms, Kimberly Ryan and Adecco International, her work experiences also spans various sectors and industries including Insurance where she was appointed head of recruitment, manpower planning and employee relations in 2008 and later made Human Resource Manager, Critical Rescue International upon confirmation in 2009.
Adeoluwatomi Oni,has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, 2001 and is currently on an MBA programme with The University of Liverpool, UK.
