Lanre Adeola is a graduate of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Ogbomoso,where he obtained B.Tech(Hons) in Mechanical Engineering.
He worked briefly with Excellent Foundation International Jos as a Marketing Officer February 2007 and later proceed to West African Cotton Company Limited (WACOT) that same year as a Sales Representative for Osun, Ekiti and Ondo States respectively before he resigned to join Harvestfield Industries Limited in March 2009.
He has attended series of workshops and trainings both in Public Health (Indoor Residual Spraying by Harvestfield/Bayer) and Agrochemical such as Weed Control Management, Safe and Responsible use of Agrochemicals on Cocoa to be precise by IITA/USAID, EKHA Agro, Matnal Foods and NAFDAC.
He is currently the Technical Sales Representative Ile-Ife Branch.
