Born on 13th June 1974, Mr. Olumide Adediji joined UAC of Nigeria Plc (UACN) as a Management Trainee on April 2, 2002.
He has worked in various capacities within the UACN Group as Brand Manager, Network & Systems Manager and Information Technology Manager.
He holds the Professional in Human Resource (PHR) Certification from the HR Certification Institute. He is also a member of Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and International Information System Security Certification Consortium (ISC2) holding the prestigious CISA, CISM and CISSP certifications.
He became the Human Resource Manager of CAP plc in July 2011 having worked in the same capacity in UAC Dairies since 2009.
He has attended various local and international courses amongst which are the Bullet-Proof Manager Training series by Crestcom International Colorado, USA, Strategic Human Resources Management by Cornel University, Institute of Labour Relations, USA, SAP TERP 10 training in Dubai, United Arab Emirate, Managing Managers for Result at Gordon Institute of Business Science, South Africa.
