Olawunmi Abiodun, works with the Legal Department and is the Company Secretary for the group. Prior to joining Verod, Olawunmi was an Associate Legal Officer with the UN Tribunal in The Hague where she advised on legal and policy matters.
Prior to that, she worked as an Associate with Matrix-Solicitors, where she advised on corporate and commercial contracts. Olawunmi has an LLB (Hons) degree from Obafemi Awolowo University and an LLM from University of Amsterdam. She was admitted to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2004.
