Dipo Okuribido, works with the Legal Department of the Group. Prior to joining Verod, Dipo was a Senior Associate at Banwo & Ighodalo, where he worked as a key member of the Firm’s Energy, Tax, Capital Markets and Finance Practices. He has more than seven years’ experience advising a wide range of clients on a broad spectrum of subjects including mergers and acquisitions in financial services, breweries, oil and gas, manufacturing, and fast-moving consumer goods.
Dipo Okuribido, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators. He holds an LL.B (Hons) degree from the University of Lagos, and is currently studying part-time for an MSc in Finance and Financial Law at SOAS, University of London. Dipo is an Alumnus of the International Lawyers for Africa Programme.
