AB InBev Unveils New Investor Relations Team

After finalising its merger with SAB Miller, AB InBev has just unveiled its new investor relations team to oversee all investor communication matters for the new group.

In an email statement to PageOne Global Business Desk, the company released the following names and portfolios for the new investor relations team.

The team composed of personnel from SAB Miller and AB InBev:

Graham Staley: After 36 years with our company, Graham has decided to retire at the end of this year. Graham has spent most of his career in senior finance roles, working in the UK, US, Czech Republic, Canada, Brazil and Belgium and, for the last 6 years, has led the Investor Relations team based in New York. We thank Graham for his many contributions, and for his leadership and commitment to our company. We wish him all the best in the next chapter of his life.

Henry Rudd: I am delighted to announce the appointment of Henry Rudd as Graham’s successor in the position of VP, Global Investor Relations, based in New York. Henry joined SABMiller in 1990 and has held a number of finance and operational roles throughout the African continent. Henry also worked in the SABMiller Investor Relations team for six years before taking up his current position in 2013, as Operations Manager (China), based in Beijing, where he was responsible for managing the relationship with China Resources Snow Breweries.

Heiko Vulsieck: After two years in our Investor Relations team in our GHQ in Belgium, Heiko will be taking up a commercial role in our European Zone with effect from December 1st. We wish him every success in this new challenge.

Mariusz Jamka: We will welcome Mariusz to the team as Director, Global Investor Relations, based in Belgium from January 2017. Mariusz joined SABMiller in 2008, working in various finance and planning roles in Poland, Romania and the UK, before joining the SABMiller IR team in 2014. Mariusz will report to Henry.

Lauren Abbott: Lauren will continue in her role as Director, Global Investor Relations, based in our New York Office, also reporting to Henry.

AB InBev said “Graham and Henry will be working closely together on their transition in the coming weeks.
