Mark Russell joined Konga in January 2014 and held the position of the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead Konga’s retail and marketplace operations.
Prior to that, he has over 10 years experience in eCommerce and Multi-Channel retail covering the end-to-end customer journey from site selection, design, development, build and navigation through to fulfillment and customer service.
