since July 28, 2011. He has 30 years of experience with the Royal Dutch Shell Petroleum Group of Companies in Nigeria and overseas.
He is Chairman of Diamond Bank PLC and Chairman of Anambra State Traditional Rulers Council, and Chancellor of Kogi State University.
He holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Colombia University and was educated at Stanford University with a degree in Chemistry, and also attended the National Institute of Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru.
He is Chairman of the Governance/Remuneration Committee of the Company.
