Mr. Giuseppe Bonanno has served as Non-Executive Director of Nestle Nigeria Plc since June 1, 2013.
He is the Head of Finance and Control of Nestle Central and West Africa (CWA) Region comprising 22 countries. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a holder of Master in Business Administration.
He worked with F. Cinzano Spa and VERA and RECOARO factories in Italy between 1995 and 2000 before he joined Nestle Waters as Corporate Industrial Controller.
He held various positions within the Nestlé Group including Nestle Waters Regional Controller & Globe IS/IT in Dubai; Nestle Waters Zone AOA Head of Finance and Globe IS/IT, Dubai; Head of Finance & Control in Nestle Pakistan from 2010 to May 2013 before his current position as Head of Finance & Control Nestle CWA Region.
He is Member of the Remuneration Committee and Member of the Audit Committee of the Company.
