Afolake Lawal has over 20 years experience and has headed marketing teams of various organizations. She currently serves on the Board of International Breweries Plc as a Non Executive Director and as an Executive Director in charge of Marketing and Business Development at GTI Capital Limited.
She is an alumnus of the Obafemi Awolowo University, with a Masters degree in International Law and Diplomacy from the University of Lagos, she also holds an Msc. in Corporate Governance and Finance from the Liverpool John Moore University, U.K.
She is a Member of the Nigerian Society of International Law and an Associate Member of a number of professional organizations including the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs, the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria, the Certified Pension Practitioners and the Institute of Capital Market Registrars. Mrs. Lawal is well travelled.
