Ndidi Okonkwo Nwuneli, Director, Cornerstone

Mrs. Ndidi Okonkwo Nwuneli holds an MBA from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration, Boston, where she received the Harvey Fellowship and the National Black MBA Association Graduate Scholarship award for outstanding academic achievement.

She also has a Bachelors degree in Economics from the Wharton School, University Of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia where she graduated magna cum laude.

Mrs. Nwuneli has eighteen (18) years experience in international development and a track record of successful startups and leadership of entrepreneurial ventures in West Africa and has provided policy and consulting support for ECOWAS, the UN Economic Commission for West Africa (ECA), DFID, USAID, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, AGRA, IFC, the World Bank and the Nigerian Government.

She has worked with Mckinsey & Company, the Ford Foundation and the Centre for Middle East Competitive Strategy and she is the Founder/CEO of the Leadership, Effectiveness, Accountability and Professionalism (LEAP) Africa.

She was a member of the Presidential Committee on National Youth Cultural Centre in Abuja and the Technical Committee for the 2005 & 2006 Nigerian Economic Summits. She sits on the Board and Committees of several institutions.

She is a recipient of the National Honor, Member of the Federal Republic (MFR).
