Jide Babalola joined AXA Mansard Insurance as Head Compliance and Quality Assurance Unit in May 2015.
His career spans over twelve years. Jide joined Guaranty Trust Bank (GTB) as an Internal Auditor in February 1999. He spent three years in this capacity before he left to pursue a Masters Degree in July 2002. He returned to GTB in June 2005 and worked in the IT Audit Unit, he later set up and headed the bank’s first electronic fraud unit in July 2009 and left the bank in May 2013 as a regional coordinator in the Internal Control Group.
Jide joined Wari, a Senegal based pan African financial and non-financial platform service provider in August 2013 and he left the services of the organization as Acting Head, Activations and Integration for English speaking Africa in April 2015.
Jide holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Ibadan and a Masters degree in Ecommerce from Deakin University Australia. He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor.
