Mr. Kayode Lawal started his career with NBM Bank where he worked from 1987 till 2005. During this period, he excelled in various marketing roles and was subsequently appointed as the bank’s Treasurer.
Following the consolidation exercise and the emergence of Sterling Bank in 2006, he was again assigned to Marketing, to head various regions in Lagos, a testament to the confidence placed in his abilities on the field.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and has professional qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). He is also an alumnus of the Lagos Business School, Columbia University Graduate School of Business and University of Oxford.
