Mr. Wale Oyedeji holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ibadan (1990) and a Master of Science in Financial Economics from the University of London. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
With over 18 years of banking experience covering areas such as Corporate Banking, Treasury and Commercial Banking, Wale was also Managing Director of Guaranty Trust Bank (United Kingdom) Limited, the Bank’s United Kingdom subsidiary.
Prior to joining the Bank in 1994, he worked with Ernst and Young, Lagos for 2 years.
He joined the Board on October 19, 2011.
