In Case You Missed It: Tunde Kehinde Spoke At The Toronto Global Forum

Two days ago, The Toronto Global Forum has come and gone. However, Nigeria’s Tunde Kehinde, the Founder of African Courier Logistics, ACE and also Lidya, Nigeria’s first digital bank was one of the major speakers at the event.

The Toronto Global Forum is organised by The International Economic Forum of the Americas was created to promote the role of the Americas in major decisions and reforms related to the current global economic context.

The IEFA said that its mission is “to facilitate agreements, offer business opportunities and provide access to unique insights from leading specialists”. The event was held between 14-16 of September, 2016.

Tunde Kehinde is the Co-Founder and Co-Managing Director of ACE, a technology-enabled logistics platform, enabling eCommerce companies, financial institutions and Healthcare businesses to ship items directly to consumers across Nigeria with plans to expand across Africa. ACE shipped to close to 400,000 customers, and collected close to USD10 million United States Dollars in payments on behalf of 1,000 merchants.

Tunde Kehinde is the Co-Founder and former Managing Director of, Nigeria’s Number eCommerce Platform which he helped grow the business from 5 employees to close to 1,000 employees serving customers all over Nigeria.

Prior to Jumia, Tunde co-founded, an online dating platform identified by Forbes as one of the hottest tech start-ups in Africa. Tunde has prior experience as a business development executive with Diageo in London and as an Investment Banking professional with Wachovia Securities in North Carolina and New York City.

Tunde holds a degree in Finance with honors from Howard University and an MBA Harvard Business School.
