The well-respected Chairman of Multichoice Nigeria, Mr. Adewunmi Ogunsanya has joined the board of Heritage Bank Limited a non-executive director in the bank.
He is a graduate of Law in 1984 from the University of Kent before he graduated from the Nigerian Law School.
Ogunsanya’s exeperience is indepth in the services sector and he is expected to bolster Heritage Bank board directors with his wealth of experience.
Ogunsanya joined this prominent Lagos law firm in 1990 as an Associate Partner and became a Principal Partner in 1994. As a Principal Partner in the law firm, Adewumi continues to be responsible for its Maritime/Shipping Law services, its Commercial Agreements and briefs for appearance in the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court
Ogunsanya is described as a passionate Lagosian with extensive investment in other areas of the state economy. As at last count, Adewunmi is the Chairman of at least 10 other companies in commercial real estate development, agro and agro allied and broadcasting.
The bank has not released a statement on his appointment. The bank will seek the approval of the Central Bank to confirm his appointment.
