Grace Ekpenyong (Mrs), one of the longest serving Non-Executive Directors at Forte Oil PLC has finally bowed out of the board.
In a statement made available signed by Akinleye Olagbende, Forte said “Dr. Ekpenyong was appointed to the Board of Directors of Forte Oil Plc in 1999”.
“She diligently served on the Board and made significant contributions towards the growth of the Company during her tenure”, the company said.
